– ARM features and comparison to other microcontrollers
– Sifting through the tornado of terminology
– LL/SPL/HAL Libraries
– Hands-on: Fast track to “Hello World”
– Other practical examples
– What to do next
Prerequisites: Familiarity with C programming (microcontrollers or PC-based), and a basic understanding of electronics. If you know your way around an Arduino, you’re good to go!
MakerFX has Chromebooks that each participant will use during this workshop. Optionally you can user your computer (laptop) with the appropriate software installed. The instructor will be at MakerFX at 5:30pm to help with software installation if you elect to use your own computing device.
